Mobile Shell Primer (U-21)
This shell paint is a normal plastic surface paint. It has strong adhesion on ABS, HIPS type hard plastic, easy to operate & spray. Its mainly used in mobile shell primer.

Operation Instruction:
1. Surface treatment: delete parting medium, clean & dry it, our T-759 can be used for surface treatment.
2. Dilution for painting: Choose T-2123 or TR-23 series strong / low dilution for ABS, PS base coating. Different company is of different plastic material source & injection molding condition, also its adaptability to solvent is different, therefore, our company do adjust the products ingredients according to customers situation, so its better that you try the paint on your material before ordering.
3. Dilution Ratio (weight ratio): oil: dilution = 1: 2 (adjust it from 1: 1.8 to 1: 2.5 according to the specified requirements from the customers.)
4. Operation viscosity: 8~13 seconds (NK-2 cups), if need to paint several films, then paint the next film after the 1st film is dry, to prevent erode base material caused by unfinished volatilization, we suggest that you roast 5~10 minutes under 50 ~ 60.
5. Operation under humidity weather: normally, paint surface of the self-dry paint appears white under humidity weather, one way to improve it is by adding our T-758 to adjust the volatilization speed, improve leveling, reduce whitening problem, and the other way is to roast it under low temp in oven.
Dry Condition:
Finger touch dry: room temp/ 10 minutes
Hard dry: 15 minutes/ 60
Storage:
Undiluted product warranty period is 6 months/ 25 (sealed), diluted product should be used within one day (Test the product according to this specification after warranty period, if the product is up to every tech standard, then the product is still be usable)
Spill Emergency Solution:
Ground spill solution, clear it by pure water.
